With our nationwide parts network, delays are rare. If a part is backordered due to availability or production, we'll source it from other retailers. For rare items, we can order directly from the Original Equipment Manufacturer to restart production.

In order to obtain approval from the insurance company on an estimate, we must preserve the vehicle in the state in which it arrived at our facility. After approval, our technicians begin to disassemble the vehicle. At this point, it's likely that we'll find additional damage to parts not visible during the initial estimate. We must then schedule another estimate review with the insurance company to obtain further approval before proceeding. Depending on the depth of the damage, this process may need to be repeated several times.

There are a few reasons for this. Not all body shops use factory-certified parts, which is crucial for luxury vehicles to avoid voiding manufacturer warranties. Additionally, our shop is certified to work on your vehicle because we provide our technicians with factory-approved tools, equipment, and training.
